Baladna Food

Road Network Infrastructure for WWTP Site Phase 2

Unlimited Power executed civil works and internal road infrastructure for Baladna Food’s WWTP site Phase 2, including base preparation, interlock paving, street lighting, fencing, and concrete works.

Structural Foundations & Concrete Works

Structural foundation works for the WWTP site, covering excavation, reinforcement installation, formwork, and concrete casting for structural bases and operational platforms. Reinforced concrete slabs and site platforms were constructed, including works within the old STP area, designed to withstand operational loads and environmental conditions.

Water Storage Tank Construction – 228 m³

Design and construction of a 228 m³ storm water holding tank to enhance site drainage performance and ensure efficient water management in compliance with approved engineering standards.

Interlock & Hardscape Works

Interlock paving works were executed across pedestrian zones and service access areas to enhance durability, accessibility, and site aesthetics.

Proper base compaction and alignment techniques were implemented to ensure long-term performance and structural stability.

Chain Link Fencing Installation

Chain link fencing systems were installed to define operational zones and enhance site security. The fencing layout was integrated within the overall infrastructure framework of the WWTP facility.

Street Solar Lighting

Street Solar lighting systems were installed along the internal road network to ensure safe nighttime operations and improved visibility throughout the site.

Electrical works were completed in accordance with local regulatory standards in Qatar.

Curb Stone Installation

Construction of sidewalks, including base preparation and paving installation, was delivered in compliance with approved technical standards.

The Road Network & Civil Infrastructure Project for Baladna Food’s WWTP site demonstrates Unlimited Power’s capability in delivering high-quality civil works, structural construction, and infrastructure development projects across Qatar.
